How It Works
Simple to learn, hard to master
Gameplay
Build chains, earn points
Tap a ball to select it, then tap an adjacent ball of the same colour to connect them. Keep extending the chain, the longer it gets, the bigger the multiplier. Complete the chain to clear those balls and spawn new ones from the top.
- 4×4 grid with gravity, cleared balls fall and refill from the top
- Only the black ball can drag and reposition other balls
- Use Gold coins to refresh the grid when stuck
- Floating score pop-ups and combo bar keep the energy high
Game Modes
Five ways to play
Whether you want a relaxed puzzle session or a high-pressure time attack, Ball Chain has a mode for you. Every mode tracks your score and level for the global leaderboard.
Reach the target score to advance levels. Each level doubles the target, starting at 50.
No target score, just survive. Every 10 seconds a new row pushes up from the bottom. Game over when balls reach the top.
90 seconds on the clock. Every completed chain adds 10 seconds. Score as high as you can before time runs out.
Pre-set grids with a fixed arrangement of balls. Clear the board in the fewest chains possible to earn 3 stars.
A bomb-heavy grid spawns — detonate at least 3 bombs in a single game to earn coins and unlock bomb-themed cosmetics.

The rainbow ball acts as any colour and doubles your entire chain's score.
Combo System
Chain within 3 seconds to build a combo multiplier up to 3× your score.
Chain Length Bonus
Longer chains earn escalating multipliers, 4 balls up to 2.5× for 7+ balls.
Hint System
Stuck? Spend a Gold coin to highlight a valid chain pair on the grid.
Gold Coins
Earn coins by completing levels or watching rewarded ads to refresh the grid.
Global Leaderboard
Compete with players worldwide and claim your spot at the top.
